All services are subject to provider evaluation, medical appropriateness, availability, and applicable laws and professional standards.
No Medical Advice Through Website

Eligibility and Age Restrictions
Our website is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Our SMS program and certain services, promotions, memberships, packages, and treatments are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Element Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or modify treatment if a provider determines that a service is not appropriate, safe, or advisable.

Before-and-after photos, testimonials, reviews, treatment descriptions, and examples on our website or marketing materials are provided for informational purposes only. They do not guarantee or predict any specific outcome.
Results from aesthetic and wellness treatments vary from person to person. Factors such as age, skin condition, anatomy, health history, adherence to pre- and post-care instructions, lifestyle, and individual response to treatment can affect results.

Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Appointments may be subject to Element Medical Aesthetics’ scheduling, cancellation, late arrival, deposit, and no-show policies.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Element Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to charge cancellation, late arrival, no-show, or deposit forfeiture fees in accordance with our posted or communicated policies.
Cancellation policy: We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other patients and helps us ensure we can provide the highest level of care to everyone.
By scheduling an appointment with Element Medical Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may be charged to the credit card on file. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Element Medical Aesthetics in the event of unforeseen emergencies.
Late arrival policy: We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your appointment; however, late arrival may require your appointment to be shortened, modified or rescheduled to avoid delaying other patients.
While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee that you will be seen or receive your full scheduled treatment time. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, our cancellation policy may apply.
Payments, Packages, Promotions, and Refunds
Payment may be required at the time of service, booking, or purchase, depending on the service, product, package, promotion, membership, or offer.
All pricing, promotions, packages, memberships, and offers are subject to change at any time without notice unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers may be limited by date, service, provider, location, availability, or eligibility requirements.
Packages, prepaid services, memberships, and promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, usage limitations, transfer restrictions, and refund policies.
Refund policy: All payments for services rendered are final. We do not offer refunds for completed treatments, as aesthetic outcomes may vary from person to person.
Prepaid treatment packages, memberships, and promotional purchases are non-refundable adn non-transferable unless otherwise required by law. Unused prepaid treatments for other services of equal value at the sole discretion of Element Medical Aesthetics.
Products purchased from Element Medical Aesthetics may be exchanged only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used packages cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Promotions, discounts, special offers, gift cards, and package pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Pre-Care and Post-Care Instructions
You are responsible for reviewing and following all pre-care and post-care instructions provided by Element Medical Aesthetics. Failure to follow instructions may affect your treatment results, recovery, safety, or eligibility for future treatment.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, prior treatments, health conditions, and any other information requested by our providers.
Products and Third-Party Recommendations
Element Medical Aesthetics may recommend skincare products, wellness products, or third-party products or services. Product results may vary, and not all products are appropriate for every individual.
