- As long as your membership is active, there is no deadline to use your balance.

The Fine Print
- By signing up, you are committing to at least 3 months of the Element Beauty Bank Membership.
- 30-day notice is required for cancellation. Just send us an email to hello@elementct.com or give us a call at 203-594-1907. You have 60 days to use your balance after discontinuing your membership.
- Complimentary perks can only be used with active membership.
- The 10% discount cannot be applied to already discounted services, products, and promotions.
- Membership parameters may be modified at any time.
