Element Medical Aesthetics is truly amazing! I have experienced multiple medical spas in NY and CT over many years and can truly attest that Element is the best of the best. Not only is Merry, the founder, an exceptionally skilled skincare expert but she has surrounded herself with a truly talented team. Diana who runs the office is also amazing and just a true joy at the front end of this beautiful spa! Highly recommend for incredible treatments and a phenomenal experience!

Merry is the best! I’ve been getting lip filler for 20 years and she gave me the most plump juicy result I’ve ever seen! She is so gorgeous. So sweet, so SMART and well versed and truly takes the the time to explain what would look good on your face. 1000/10!!!

Love everything about Element! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Ashley did my treatment today —she was professional, smart, and made sure I was completely comfortable during my laser treatment (which can cause slight discomfort) on my décolletage and hands to remove spots. She also explained the aftercare in depth to ensure I get the maximum benefit from the treatment.

I would never go anyplace else. The service here is absolutely remarkable. They answer every single question that you have. The prices are very reasonable. They schedule appointments around your schedule, which is absolutely fabulous. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and so kind the second you walk in that door. I really felt like I was a princess!!! You definitely would not be disappointed. Even just sitting in the waiting area while I was waiting for my turn, I could hear others saying how pleased they were with the services that they had received!!!

My experience was beyond amazing! I've worked in the beauty industry (New York) for over 20 years and with all the treatments I've gotten, never have the procedures been more thoroughly explained to me. Merry and her team talked me through the microneedling, laser and gentle (natural) lip filler with such detail! Everyone there was kind, knowledgeable & personable. It has the perfect balance of being upscale where everyone feels like a VIP yet warm and welcoming! I'm already looking at my calendar to see when I can go back again:)

Absolutely love my experience here! The laser facial brightened my skin so much that ever since random people have been stopping me to tell me I’m glowing. The esthetician was super professional and gentle. Honestly, this place is a gem in Westchester, and I can’t wait to try more of their treatments!
